This self-study addresses perceptions of race, equity, diversity, and inclusion (REDI) within and outside of communication disorders. It also allows participants to reflect on their implicit biases and how this self-work will have a transformative influence on their work as clinicians, researchers, or leaders as they become an antiracist ally.

The Reach for the Stars awards highlight their academic contributions and underscore UCF’s commitment to fostering groundbreaking research.
