Dear ANCDS Voting Members,

ANCDS Bylaws require a membership vote to be changed.  In this ballot, you will find an explanation of a bylaw change the ANCDS Executive Board (EB) is proposing that requires your vote.  In brief, we are proposing to change the name of the Finance Committee to the Development Committee.  This change reflects the charge of the Committee, which is “generating revenue for the Academy from external sources including, but not limited to, advertising and sponsorship, marketing, grants, and donations.”

Within the ballot, you will see the original wording of the bylaw and the proposed wording changes highlighted in yellow.  We are asking for you to vote on the proposed change by Thursday, March 14, 2024.
